Blooming Circuits are a totally different class every time, mixing total body exercise with cardio and resistance workouts to keep you on your toes. 

Suitable for:
 

  • Postnatal clients who have completed their 6-8 week check 

  • Pregnant ladies who have their healthcare providers permission to exercise

  • Anyone & everyone who fancies giving it a go!

An indoor group cycle class to get your heart rate pumping and your skin glistening!

BLOOMING CORE RESTORE

Mondays

This class is all about working that core post pregnancy. Strengthening and toning your deep core muscles to help recover those muscles that were weakened during the most strenuous 9 months of your life. The CORE RESTORE exercises will help to improve your posture and core strength. Exercises are adapted for those with diastasis recti.

Suitable for:

  • Postnatal clients who have completed their 6-8 week check 

  • Anyone & everyone who fancies giving it a go! 

BLOOMING YOGA

Taught by the fabulous Rebecca Esplin this flow yoga will strengthen the body and also provide a relaxation element for your mind, body and soul.

A variety of exercises and circuit sessions to safely maintain fitness throughout your pregnancy and time with a bump!

BLOOMING FAMILY BLAST

Workout as a family! Circuit based sessions exercising right alongside your children, so that you can spend time together, have fun and keep fit!

Suitable for:

  • Mums, dads, children from 4-16yrs who want to improve their skills, get fit and have fun

BLOOMING PRIME

Sundays:

8:30 am

Exercise and circuit-based session for those recovering from injury or illness, or those who would like to take it that little bit easier but still get a good workout. Weight bearing exercises that are perfect for men and women in the prime of their lives.
