Strengthening and toning your deep core muscles to help recover those muscles that were weakened during the most strenuous 9 months of your life. The CORE RESTORE exercises will help to improve your posture and core strength. Exercises are adapted for those with diastasis recti.

Exercise and circuit-based session for those recovering from injury or illness, or those who would like to take it that little bit easier but still get a good workout. Weight bearing exercises that are perfect for men and women in the prime of their lives.
